I'm leading a ride around the Gower on Sat 14 June, leaving Black Pill at 9.30am. It's an all day ride and you'll certainly know you've cycled 45 miles or so by the time you get back around 6pm.
I'm limiting numbers to 25 ish for this ride as I want a group ride as opposed to everyone going off to do their own thing.
You'll need to be reasonably fit to complete the course, in particular when it comes to lifting bikes over styles and negotiating steep descents (to me uncyclable although there's bound to be an expert who'll have to wait at the bottom for me to catch up )
So anyone from RCSL or friends of RCSL members, or anyone actually - I'm not fussy interested in joining me please look up the Bike Week web site and look up 'Swansea' for my event "The Gower Experience".
